Please if you are sick or recovering from being sick take the time to get better.  Do not go into a demo and take the chance of something happening while you are there.
Call your scheduler and reschedule.

You can view the online demo manual here
 More steps of the demo........
  1. Day of demo, park near cart return and load your table, and equipment.

  1. Go to Customer Service and sign in the vendor book Get store stamp.

  1. Go to product area to be sure there is product and make your check in call.

  1. Take inventory (remember this is estimate – do not spend a lot of time counting) and take plenty of product in your cart for customers to buy from your table side rack.

  1. Set up table near product location usually near the back of store.

  1. Go to Seafood or Deli area and ask to use their sanitizer sink for all equipment brought from home including the cutting board part of your table.  Get a signature from someone back there who knows you did this.

Advanced Computer Tip
Internet Explorer has a new version 9
You can update now.
At first it may seem difficult but after you use it for awhile it does work better then the other versions.
I seem to have less trouble viewing the sales letter and report form on this newer version.

Are you following your schedule online????
Please do not follow the confirmation letter, it has been known to be wrong!

-------------------------
You need to be getting to your demo about 15 minutes before start time. You demo should start as close to the start time as possible. In depth cooking demos are different. Just be cooking by the start time.  New Demonstrators will take a little longer then normal and that is understandable. Remember they are paying you for 6 hours of advertisement. If the demo is supposed to be 11 - 5 and it does not start till 12 you need to be staying later then 5.
